The USB cable arrives so tightly wrapped that it's sure to have incurred some damage. Low and behold once you connect the device it randomly disconnects because the USB cable is faulty.The seller does not deal with overseas customers. The only option you are given is to return the product to Amazon as faulty, get a refund and repurchase the same item.
