I want to be able to slide my monitor and keyboard easlily.** A: It's got a pebble finish but you shouldn't have trouble sliding a keyboard. There's probably not enough room for a monitor and keyboard. I also find that it slides around my desk. A bit annoying. **Q: Has anyone else experienced a weird odor? I just inboxed mine and the smell is giving me horrible headaches...** A: I'm on day two after placing it on the desk last night. I got a headache last night and now I'm starting to get a headache again. I will let it sit outdoors in the sun for a day to see if that helps. If not, I won't be able to use this thing. **Q: I'm wanting to use this to do my nails on. Can you tell me if it would be safe to use acetone on this pad? Thank you,** A: No! Acetone will ruin it. I know because I ruined a vinyl bench removing nail polish from my toes. Yes, it was acetone, not regular nail polish. But I wouldn’t let any nail polish touch my desk pad. **Q: Will it stick to the wood desk top when temperature is high (like in summer) and damage the wood?** A: Highly doubtful! These are great quality I have not noticed anything that would lead me to believe it would have some issue like that. I have Air Conditioning and that keeps the humidity down so that would be impossible, but even in a humid environment I think these would do well. I hope this helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - K KNODEL Large Desk Mat, Office Desk Pad, Computer Desk Mat, Laptop Mat for Desk, Desk Protecor Mat, Desktop Mat, Desk Writing Pad, Desk Blotter Pad, Desk Cover Mat (35.4"x17", White) - VIVO Articulating Single 17 to 27 inch Pneumatic Spring Arm Clamp-on Desk Mount Stand | Fits 1 Monitor Screen with Max VESA 100x100, White (STAND-V101OW) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/521493927-k-knodel-extra-large-desk-mat-leather-mouse-pad-35](https://www.desertcart.no/products/521493927-k-knodel-extra-large-desk-mat-leather-mouse-pad-35) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
