Reebok Mens Legacy Lifter Iii

My adidas pwerlift 3 shoes were showing a lot wear after 5 plus years of garage gym training. I wanted a new and better lifting shoe. When I saw these on sale for $136 I bought them after some research. About me for reference. I'm in my late 60's. My training is focused on the basic barbell lifts, squats, deadlifts and presses. I squat about 250 pounds at about a 210 pound body weight with arthritic knees and a stable meniscus tear. I don't compete. I train to live. I also have have 4E wide feet which makes finding weightlifting shoes to fit a real challenge. I sized up a half size to a 13 in these shoes which is a half size bigger than the size 12.5 4E I typically wear in athletic shoes. For reference I also wore a size 13 in the adidas power lifts. These Legacy Lifters are a little looser fitting than the adidas. Someone with an average width or narrow foot might want to try a half size down from their normal sneaker size. I've had one training session so far with these shoes. The performance of these shoes for squatting was fantastic. It was also great for overhead pressing. Since I don't compete I also deadlift in my raised heel lifting shoes and these work fine providing a nice stable base. A caveat, most of you reading this will know this shoe is designed for barbell squats and the olympic lifts. To be clear this is definitely not a shoe for fitness workouts or general gym wear as it's a heavy stable lifting shoe. With the .8 inch raised heel and stable base this shoe really performs well for squatting. I had no problem finding my mid foot balance squatting in these shoes. These shoes have a pump on the tongue....I tried it. It puts some air in the tongue of the shoe and makes the laces feel a little tighter. I could take it or leave it. I don't think it enhances the performance of the shoe much, but it certainly doesn't detract either. The metatarsal strap velcro fastens from the outside to the inside which I found a little odd. Also, the strap comes to the bottom of the shoe. Once I got the shoes on and strapped in, I didn't notice it during my training session. Bottom line, this is a heavy tank of a lifting shoe made to squat in. i like it a lot.

These shoes fit like an absolute glove. Never have I had a shoe so form fitting and comfortable. To top it off, this shoe has a wide base that makes it feel like you are bolted to the floor. This model has a 22mm heel raise, and it's a game changer if you have ankle mobility issues. This makes it much easier and comfortable to get down deep. These shoes feel really solid and are extremely well made. These are clearly going to last a very long time. There is actually nothing bad I could find about these shoes at all, well aside from the the $220 price tag. These go on sale from time to time though, so if you can catch them when they are, it's a must buy! Highly recommend!

These were a gift for my son. They fit well and he used them all the time in the gym. The quality was good.

I was lucky to have bought this discounted at abou 100 - $120. Cant remember. The color is not too orangy. I colored the red pumper black with a marker. Great for front squats, and squat cleans. NOT FOR WALKING. You will need to have an extra pair of regular shoes to walk 30 meters or 100 feet from the car park to the gym entrance.

Heel height is great, size is as expected (EXCEPT the toe box runs a little narrow. I only notice on days after my feet are swollen from lots of hiking/running, stair-climbing. Even then, not every time, but keep that in mind if you have wide feet). Stability and support are excellent, I set a new squat PR when using these, as before I had been using standard athletic shoes a f these gave me the extra boost I needed. They have good grip, but not too grippy, which means you can change your stance if you are deliberate, which I appreciate.

Okay, so I finally got my hands on the Reebok Legacy Lifter 3, and let me tell you, it's a total game-changer for my lifts. The stability on these is next-level—I feel absolutely glued to the floor when I'm squatting, which gives me so much more confidence to push for that extra PR. The elevated heel is a lifesaver for getting deep into my squats and cleans, especially since my ankle mobility isn't always the best. And can we talk about The Pump technology? It might sound a little extra, but being able to customize that snug fit around my foot is actually a huge win, making sure I'm locked in and ready to dominate every single rep. Seriously, if you're looking for a shoe that's going to elevate your strength training, you need to check these out!

Good product, didn't understand pump function, toe box is narrow but become wider fast

Really good weightlifting shoe. Stable, comfortable, nice heel height, looks great. But if you have narrow feet like I do, look at the adidas adipower or nike romaleos. There will be way too much room left over in the LL's. This would be a better shoe for average feet, maybe even slightly wide feet as well.

Primero lo primero el producto es 100% recomendable llegó en perfectas condiciones incluso me llegó antes de tiempo yo lo pedí el 8 de agosto y me decía que me llegaría como el 25 26 y resultó que me llegaron el 17 de agosto o sea el pedido antes de tiempo es muy bien se los agradezco lo que no me gustó es que la caja llegó en condiciones inestables como si lo hubiera maltratado pero el producto llegó al 100%. Lo agradezco

Está hermosos, valen la pena totalmente son super estables, estéticamente hermosos y como nuevos!!!! Los amé! Valen la pena totalmente Recomiendo comprarlos medio número más grande por lo menos!

Superaron mis expectativas, el ajuste es muy bueno, mejore bastante mis cargas en sentadilla profunda y peso muerto, muy recomendable
