Having said that it is still one of the best fast acting glues you can buy, and have found that sticking a blob of blu tack on top fixes the clog problem or stick a blob of blu tack to your desk and every time u put the glue down stick it in the blu tack. it's only the air that set the clogging progressively so try the blu tack it works for me. It grabs quickly but gives just enough time to wiggle a little if you don't get it right immediately. It glues card to card well and is great for sticking material or ribbon to card and paper. A little goes a long way too, I use a fine tip applicator which makes the glue go much further.
