Great. - I've been using Symprove for two months now. My original order was the mango flavour, which is lovely, but I thought I'd change things up with the strawberry one this time. As a probiotic it has proven better than capsule/tablet forms. It has been extremely effective in reducing my IBS symptoms - less bloating and tummy aches and fewer laxatives needed. All in all, I prefer the mango flavour, but the strawberry is perfectly pleasant. Review: Seriously good product - It changed the quality of our lives. It definitely supports guts. ## Features - Billions of live friendly bacteria in every shot, unlike freeze-dried probiotics, Symprove’s live and active cultures remain metabolically active from bottle to shot, helping your gut thrive. - 100% arrives alive, thanks to clever gluten free grains, our germinated barley extract prepares friendly bacteria to survive your stomach’s acidity, so they reach your gut alive and active and ready to get to work straight away. - Unique water-based formula, friendly bacteria need water to thrive. Our patented liquid solution ensures they stay alive and active, especially when taken on an empty stomach. - Scientifically studied strains for gut support - Gluten free, dairy free & vegan, with no artificial colours or flavours, and no added sugars.
