Black Berkey Elements remove or dramatically reduce over 250+ typical contaminants that could be present in tap water—no electricity, tools, or plumbing are required. - FLUORIDE AND ARSENIC REDUCTION- Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements replacement filters are designed for use in conjunction with authentic Black Berkey BB9-2 Elements to adsorb fluoride, arsenic(V) and pre-oxidized arsenic(III), and other residual typical heavy metal ions. - THE ORIGINAL BERKEY BB9-2 AND PF-2 FILTERS- Don't fall for lookalike filters that use our Berkey BB9-2 or PF-2 model number or trademarks in their titles or product descriptions to legitimize their brand as replacements or "compatible", when they are not. Black Berkey Elements are designed to work synergistically with Berkey PF-2 filters to target specific contaminants that far exceed the reduction capabilities of cheap knock-off filter brands. - ECONOMICAL, LONG-LASTING- Black Berkey Elements provide filtered water for just pennies per gallon. Each pair of Black Berkey Elements lasts for up to 6,000 gallons before replacement is recommended. Elements may require replacement sooner based upon the quality of influent water. We recommend that Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements should be replaced after 1,000 gallons of use, under normal conditions. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002R3U0KI | | Best Sellers Rank | #835,200 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #1,331 in Under-Sink & Countertop Filtration | | Brand Name | Berkey | | Compatible Water Purifier Models | Berkey Big BK4X2-BB, Berkey Crown CRN8X2-BB, Berkey Go GOBK-KIT, Berkey Imperial IMP6X2-BB, Berkey Light BL4X2-BB, Berkey Royal RB4X2-BB, Berkey Travel BT2X2-BB | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (205) | | External Testing Certification | Black Berkey formulation tested by accredited third-party labs | | Included Components | 4 Black Berkey Elements, and 4 Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 7.7"D x 11.6"W x 6"H | | Item Weight | 5.8 pounds | | Manufacturer | Berkey | | Manufacturer Part Number | PF-2 | | Material Type | Unique Proprietary Blend | | Model Number | BB92-PF2-X2 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Benefits | Removes over 250 contaminants, including fluoride, arsenic, heavy metals, and other typical water pollutants, providing clean, safe drinking water. | | Set Name | Combo Pack | | UPC | 735090380847 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **External Testing Certification:** Black Berkey formulation tested by accredited third-party labs - **Item Weight:** 5.8 pounds - **Material:** Unique Proprietary Blend - **Product Dimensions:** 7.7"D x 11.6"W x 6"H ## Images ![Set of 4 Authentic Black Berkey Elements (BB9-2) and 4 Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements - Combo Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811eRaUlOoL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I need to replace my berkeley water filter, do i have to buy the both black and white filter to replace them? or i can buy just the 2 white ones?** A: The black ones are the filters for everything except chlorine and other water purification chemicals used by municipal water authorities. The white are for the latter ( chlorine etc). If you are filtering tap water you will need both, if you are filtering well water you only need black. **Q: Are these authentic berkey filters? the berkley company (new millennium concepts, ltd.) have claimed there are a lot of fakes out there being sold.** A: When ordered I got the genuine filter. Now I have no clue what they are shipping and that’s Berkey’s fault 100% They have way too many authorized distributors and don’t go after offenders / counterfeiters . They totally suck as a company from an operational point. For that reason, next time I need filters I’m going straight to propurusa and ordering their filters. They fit my Berkey and are a bit cheaper. Berkey has become cost prohibitive and is poorly run. **Q: Which sellers are authorized berkey dealers and can be validated if i call new millennium concepts?** A: Don’t know have a answer ... re read the amazon sites for that I have no issue with the items I have purchased at all all berkey products on the box when received **Q: Purchased 4 bb9s and 4 pf2s in april 2016. one bb9 nut striped out after a year. now a second nut has striped out. can you help me?** A: Are you talking about the white ? Screw down bolts that hold the filters on ? Are you hand tightening or using a wrench ? ## Frequently Bought Together - Set of 4 Berkey Authentic Black Berkey Elements (BB9-2) and 4 Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements - Combo Pack - Berkey Authentic Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements (Set of 2 Elements) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/5179034-set-of-4-authentic-black-berkey-elements-bb9-2-4](https://www.desertcart.no/products/5179034-set-of-4-authentic-black-berkey-elements-bb9-2-4) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
