## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the gimbal motor overheat or use only a few minutes, the motor overheat and then shut down?**
A: Hello ,please make sure to do the balance well(two axes needed) before powering on the gimbal. not balancing well will overload the motor and trigger the gimbal's overheat protection, so at last, the gimbal will shut down.

**Q: What should I do if the object tracking in App does not work?**
A: A. Make sure that the Bluetooth is already connected between the app and the stabilizer. B. It is recommended to choose an object with significant color contrast to the background for better tracking results.

**Q: Why does the gimbal OLED display "Over heating"?**
A: It's a normal phenomenon if the gimbal becomes warm after prolonged use. Before turning on, ensure proper balancing of the gimbal, as not doing so can lead to excessive load and heating.

**Q: Why don't the focus control (multifunctional control wheel) and zoom control (zoom lever) work?**
A: hello,1. Make sure the Bluetooth is already connected.2. For iOS devices, it's only available in the Hohem Joy app.

**Q: Why does the OLED display "ERROR 01," "ERROR 02," or "ERROR 03" along with a beeping sound?**
A: "01" indicates Firmware Error; "02" indicates Gyroscope Error. Return and reorder; "03" indicates Overload Anomalies. When the gimbal is not unlocked, not balanced, or when external interference causes motor overload, leading to abnormal operation.
