Probably every 6 months to a year I buy a new pair but it's because I use them literally every day and I'm not careful with them. They're great quality and if you're like me and want to get away with listening to music in a factory, you just run the cord under your shirt and no one is wise to it. Once, about 6 years ago, I had a pair that didn't function. Upon contacting them, they promptly sent me a new pair after I provided some information. I'm going to keep buying these things because they're the best in terms of discretion and comfort.
