Question 1

I cant even figure out the sizes. I need a mens 8 1/2 and my feet are wide. Any suggestions?

Accepted Answer

I would go with a men's large. There is definitely room to breathe for wide width and in the toe area. I got these for my husband, he wears a size 13, I got him the 3xl meant for 13-14, he says they are a perfect fit and room in the toes. So I believe their sizes, though confusing, are pretty accurate. Nice slippers!

Question 2

I use a power wheelchair, are these something that can be worn overtop casual shoes for warmth when outside assuming I buy a large enough pair?

Accepted Answer

Yes my wife had a foot injury and while her foot was heavily bandaged she was able to wear my baffling camp slippers outside when in a wheelchair.

Question 3

Do these pack down really small?

Accepted Answer

If you consider 2 wads the size of two soda cans small, then yes. Repeatedly doing this will break down the slipper tho. They're not really made for super lightweight travel.

Question 4

what material is the inside lining made of? Is it like cotton, or fleece?

Accepted Answer

It's a thin soft synthetic material, but not 'fluffy' like fleece. I would avoid these slippers, though. The "sole" is just a nylon material with some rubbery printing that doesn't hold up to much use.
