Trim 2 Fit Replacement Ladder Feet

These feet are meant for box section ladders, but, still work superbly well on the old I section ladders. My 2 part I section is 50 years old and the feet had recently worn down down to the metal and one had broken off.These replacement feet are made of hard, resilient rubber, which cuts cleanly and easily with an Irwin wood cutting crosscut Jack saw. Marking a long centre line and cutting carefully produces ideal centre slot. The ends were then trimmed to one of the guide lines moulded in the rubber to produce the correct width foot. A hole was drilled easily in each foot with a normal metal cutting twist bit, and the feetheld a 4mm stainless bolt with washers. These are superb and totally recommended, the quality of rubber is perfect.

The design of these appealed to me as I expected to have to trim them to get a good fit. Unfortunately they were far bigger than what I was looking for so had to spend a LOT of time cutting. I got there in the end though. The ladders are now level and grip the floor well. Just confirm they’ll fit and go for it !

Superbly easy to trim & fit.Old ladder feet were hollow, so over time had buckled and been forced up inside the ladder, together with lots of mud. I expect that this will not happen in the future as the new feet are solid rubber.

I searched for smaller feet to fit the ladder I had but all seem to be made for much larger dimensions. I know have ladder envy !Consequently these needing cutting down to size as other reviewers have noted. There are cutting marks for length but not width both of which were needed. Having said that i found it straightforward with a good hacksaw locked in a vice. Got a good tight fit and the supplied screws finish off the job. All good.

Good quality rubber that was easily trimmed to required size and shape with a hacksaw. My ancient combination step ladder had lost one of its original feet and being so old any spares had been long discontinued by the manufacturer. These were easy to trim to size and provided a repair that was even better than the original. Highly reccomended.

This product looks good although i haven't had the opportunity to cut and fit em yet. The plastic looks solid and durable. My previous feet had hollow cubes in them. So these should last much longer. On the down side when Amazon delivered these and the packaging had been broken into in top corner and the screws was missing. I have no idea why someone would pinch 2 screws?

My old ladder had badly perished feet, and not being able to source anything to fit, I thought these "universal" feet would fit the bill. The ad does say to suit all ladders. However, on receipt of the new feet, the pack advised that they could only be reduced in length, not width. The seller confirmed this. So I was initially disappointed.The seller did however try to locate more suitable feet in their warehouse, even sending me a free sample. Also they offered a refund on the universal feet. In the end the other options proved to be unsuited to my ladder, so I stuck with the universal feet, cutting them down in width as well as length. As they are solid rubber (most feet are usually hollow inside), this didn't seem to compromise their integrity.So, after a bad start, I ended up reasonably happy with my purchase. At least I can now use my old ladders, which would otherwise have ended up on the scrap heap.

Good quality solid rubber feet for ladder, also comes with self tapping screws to anchor them to the ladder. Very happy with the result.
