Review: It works and is reasonably priced - I was skeptical at first as well but I have been using this for almost two weeks, 1 pill before bedtime. I also drink sleep herbal tea as well prior to bedtime. For me the combo really works! I have a hard time falling asleep - thats my biggest issue. So with this combo I do above I have not had any issues falling right to sleep and staying asleep all night. Like others have reported, I do not have that groggy feeling at all when I wake in the morning. I had tried a couple of prescription and melatonin and both left me groggy in the mornings. Thanks NOW for this combo of sleep and relaxation ingredients...I had been looking for natural sleep ingredients without melatonin and this combo works wonderful for me! Don't change it!

**Q: Can you please post the correct label? I want to know the exact amounts of each ingredient..**
A: I don’t remember the ingredients but it wasn’t effective

**Q: Why does this stuff smell like stinky feet?**
A: Because of the valerian root.

**Q: What is in it?**
A: In addition to valerian and hops--two herbs that cause no harm, this forumulation contains GABA, a neurotransmitter that induces calm and relaxation. GABA is also what some body builders take to help them put on weight. It caused me to gain weight. That's why I highly suggest you check out another sleep aid that DOES NOT contain GABA.

**Q: How long before you start feeling the effects of the product?**
A: I take 1 pill 1h before you start feeling the effect but remember you take the pill and you must stay chill you will have a deep sleep for sure. Trust it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells awful, takes the edge off

Valerian smells like a gym bag, there is no getting around it, though the capsules keep that contained until you crack the lid. It takes enough edge off that I stop checking email at eleven and actually put the laptop down. Not knockout strength. And on the nights the baby is up, nothing in a bottle is going to help you.
