Does this hat have a pocket?

Sorry, no pocket - just two mesh vents and a bungee chord and slide toggle to tighten it in high winds. Great outdoor hat though.

Is sunburn through the mesh panel anything to worry about? Or is the mesh panel thick enough to block the sun? Asking for a baldy mate...

Mesh is on the side so I would have thought be difficult for the sun to get through. Hat is very light, easily packed and portable.

Is this the Booney 2 or old stock?

Good morning, We thank you for your email and your interest in our products. We received this product for the first time in 2012, so my guess is that it is not a new product. Should you require any other information, do not hesitate to contact us back.
