Each tablet is formulated to coagulate up to 50 litres of milk (approx. 13 gallons), making them ideal for producing a wide variety of cheeses from cow, sheep, or goat milk. Manufactured with advanced technology, the tablets maintain enzyme activity for up to three years when stored at ambient temperatures. Special packaging protects the tablets from air, moisture, heat, and light, ensuring long-lasting quality and reliable performance. Microbial rennet tablets made from Rhizomucor miehei provide a reliable, vegetarian alternative to traditional animal rennet. Each tablet is designed for consistent milk coagulation, making them ideal for home cheesemakers, artisan producers, and small dairies. This listing is for 20 tablets only.
