I got around that problem by adding more magnets in the handle itself to make it stronger. The round magnets used are 20mm in diameter and 3mm in thickness. I stacked 2 more magnets to the original one that was in the handle. After that it could close firmly without a chance of opening on its own. I chose this 100w over the 120w panel as it sets up like the jackery panel. Very simple and easy to use. The leg supports can be angled quite far back as compared to other brands. So far I have gotten around 75W max when charging the Ecoflow River Mini. Not the best but acceptable.
