I'm 13 years old what size should I get

It would depend on your hand size. Take a measurement of the circumference of your hand at the knuckles. The size chart is as follows: Size - Palm Measurement (in) Small 7.8" or less Medium 7.8" - 8.58" Large-Xlarge 8.58" and up

Can these be used to hit a heavy bag

I recomend you Boxing gloves to hit heavy bags

i’m confused on how to measure my hand to find the right size
