Must have item for Thai cooking
Really happy with these palm sugar blocks. They have that deep caramel/toffee sweetness you just don’t get with normal white sugar, and they make a big difference in Thai cooking. I used them for pad thai sauce and a sweet chilli dressing and the flavour came out spot on. Good value for 500g and the blocks keep well too.

Expensive
Nothing wrong with the product itself, but it is overpriced. You can get this stuff from most Chinese/Asian supermarkets for like £2 or so - you are very much paying for the delivery and convenience if purchasing from here.

Thai curries never been better
Great for Thai grew curries etc. Only downside is they take ages (15-30 mins) to dissolve so take that into account when you’re cooking. That’s not a fault, just the nature of the sugar. Tastes great.
