I've been using compression shorts which helped, but gravity was still doing it's evil working getting me down.I wrote in to the seller (VeriBrands) to get specifics on size, and they had me measure myself. I responded with measurements and they quickly recommended a size, which fits perfectly.The support itself is NOT designed to be worn over briefs; I tried it and while it kind of works, it's not very comfortable. YMMV.I've been wearing for a few days and pain is noticeably better and I'm able to get around for longer periods, and I'm taking less pain meds too which is great.I'll probably order one or two more now that I know it works and what my size is.The camlock buckle is convenient and makes adjustments a snap, but it's plastic and I worry it might break.
