Hold with a wrench and tighten with a hex key wrench. Do Not use stainless rivnuts as the metal is too hard. Use zinc rivnuts. Tighten but don’t crank on it especially for the smaller sizes. Update. The smaller M4 or smaller sizes strip out. I baby it and there just isn’t enough strength in the bolt to fully collapse the smaller rivnuts.
