Review: It tastes great. - I am not a coffee person. But this is some good stuff. I put it in my favorite shaker bottle, and it mixes well. The flavor is quite pleasant. They actually put a scoop in it, which is very necessary for proper portion control. Everything about this is good for my work life. I am quite active and sometimes need a little boost. And I do not get jittery or feel that sudden drop at the end. The protein content is a bonus for me, as my job is physically demanding at times. Might as well build and maintain muscle mass. The downsides to me: 1. I wish the serving size was larger. As much as I could add a third scoop, 225 mg of caffein is pushing it. 2. The bag closure doesn't work. At least on the one bag I received. I ended up putting it in another plastic bag to keep it fresh and contained.

Perfect way to get extra protein in to his diet while getting that caffeine pick me up!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: About how many servings in a canister?**
A: It comes out to be less than $2.50 Per serving which is roughly half the cost of a small premium sugary coffee at Starbucks. I call this a win win.

**Q: How many calories per serving?**
A: The coffee flavor is 130 calories for 2scoops in water. Chocolate is 180 calories.

**Q: Is this gluten free and dairy free?**
A: It is gluten free. All of our meal replacement and protein powders contain whey protein, which is a milk derivative. However, our formulas use ultra refined whey protein isolates as their primary ingredient (approximately 75% of our protein blend), which contains very little lactose and typically does not affect lactose intolerant users. We recommend that you consult with your doctor to help determine if our products are a good fit for your nutritional regimen.

**Q: Can you brew this?**
A: Good question, not sure but also not sure why you would want to. I love this product. Good afternoon pickup with protein. I just put into shaker and pour over ice. I prefer it cold.
