If I'm on a fault finding job, producing condition reports or testing an installation then this is the bag I grab from my van. It contains my multifunction tester, leads and probes, light mates, voltage tester, proving unit, lockoff kit, clamp meter and wander lead in the centre section, long nose pliers, tape measure, side cutters, knife and interchangeable VDE screwdriver set in one of the side pockets. I also keep a few consumables in there such as electrical screws and fuses. The other side pocket is used for a pad and pens and I sometimes put my laptop and a spare battery in there if I'm going to be using it on the job. When I'm doing EICR's I only need to grab this bag and a set of ladders from my van which saves me time and means I can get pretty much everything I need to the job in one trip.
