Does the new formula have niacinamide in it? The bottle and box are telling me two different things

Hi there! The new formula for our Soothing Moisturizer does not contrain niacinamide. However, we reformulated the Differin Soothing Moisturizer with your clear skin journey in mind. Our new formulation includes a blend of Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5 as well as hydrating Glycerin. You can still expect the same great experience with these new and improved products. We also recommend reaching out to our Customer Service line at 866-735-4137 Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time and let our Special Services team know that you’re calling about differences in product packaging. We hope this helps! 💙
