**Q: Is this ok for quail chicks**
A: Not sure we used it for Silkie chicks and it was fine so I would think it should b fine for quails the height is adjustable so it will go down far enough

**Q: If the led is flashing, what does that mean?**
A: Hi I think it’s a faulty heater I would not recommend using it because it could  overheat

**Q: Will this really be big enough for up to 20 chicks, as they grow?**
A: Not really more than 10 as they grow or 15 as first week or two.

**Q: What is the maximum height that it can be set at? And is it suitable for ducklings**
A: I have ducklings under it at present. It won't take 20 for sure, I have 13 ducklings aged 2-3 weeks and it works provided the ambient temp doesn't get too low, I would need to provide another heat source if it were very very cold for sure.
