Review: Watch out for friction - I broke my fibula and started swimming since I cannot run. I used this to help me find stroke and breathing rhythm and it helped almost instantly to help improve my form. I used it during my warm-up (about 15 mins). My only complaint is the friction between my legs. I would recommend using ultra-glide or squirrel nut butter, put it between your dry legs to help prevent friction. Great product, I will keep it and use it again after my inner thighs heal and will apply anti-chafe stick prior to getting wet. For reference I’m 5’2 and 125lbs and I ordered the junior size. Maybe I should have ordered the larger one and it wouldn’t have chaffed. I’m not sure.
