Hello! You can apply Time-Filler Eyes morning and night by gently dabbing product on the eye contour and also on your eyelashes. Our beauty tip for this product is to massage the lashes from the roots, working outwards with the excess product to help strengthen the lashes. You can also find these directions on the box.
