Featuring patented Wing-Blade technology, it scrapes ingredients down to the bowl’s dimple, reducing mixing time by 50%. Made in the USA and dishwasher safe, it doubles as a spatula for easy batter transfer, delivering professional-quality mixing with durable, non-toxic materials. ## Description The Original BeaterBlade from New Metro Design is always made in the USA. The Original BeaterBlade replaces the flat beater that comes with most stand mixers. The patented Wing-Blade technology virtually eliminates the need for hand-scraping the bowl and pushes ingredients down to the dimple, in the bottom of the bowl, thoroughly combining all ingredients, 50% faster. To achieve a fluffy, aerated mixture (think creamed butter and sugar), beat at a higher speed. To achieve a smooth, thick mixture (think cheese cake), beat at lower speed. Use the BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to transfer every bit of batter into the pan. KA-6LR BeaterBlades are compatible with most KitchenAid 6 or 7 Quart Bowl-Lift stand mixers; however it does NOT work with 6 Quart Glass Bowls, the Professional 6000 Series mixers with narrow flared/tulip bowls or the F-Series glass bowl. Do not operate BeaterBlade in an empty mixing bowl. The Original BeaterBlade is always made in the USA, the frame is made from high impact plastic and the flexible plastic blades are free of rubber, silicone and Teflon. Dishwasher safe for convenience and quick clean up! ## Features - BUY THE RIGHT SIZE: If you have a KitchenAid 6 or 7 Quart Bowl-Lift mixer with a stainless steel bowl, if your stand mixer bowl measures 9.5-inches diameter, across the top of the bowl, this is the correct BeaterBlade to purchase - KA-6L does NOT work with 6 Quart Glass Bowls, the Professional 6000 Series mixer with narrow flared/tulip bowls or the F-Series glass bowl - BeaterBlade pushes food down, not out of mixer; scrapes bowl all the way to the dimple and cuts mixing time by 50% - Use BeaterBlade as a hand held spatula to transfer batter; do not use blade in an empty bowl - Always made in the USA from high impact plastic; dishwasher safe ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002KAPNA0 | | Best Sellers Rank | #281,784 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #357 in Mixer Parts & Accessories | | Blade Material | Plastic | | Brand Name | New Metro Design | | Capacity | 5.68 liters | | Color | Red | | Container Material | Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (589) | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 1 years | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00851577002023 | | Included Components | One beater blade that attaches to Stand Mixer | | Item Type Name | kitchen-small-appliance-accessories | | Item Weight | 137 g | | Manufacturer | New Metro Design | | Material | Plastic | | Model Name | New Metro Design Original Beater Blade | | Model Number | KA-6LR | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | KA-6LR | | Special Features | Wing-Blade Technology | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** New Metro Design - **Capacity:** 5.68 liters - **Color:** Red - **EU Spare Part Availability Duration:** 1 years - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00851577002023 - **Item Weight:** 137 g - **Manufacturer:** New Metro Design - **Material:** Plastic - **Model Name:** New Metro Design Original Beater Blade - **Special Feature:** Wing-Blade Technology ## Images ![KA-6LR Original Plastic BeaterBlade - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ZXlb7e+-L.jpg) ![KA-6LR Original Plastic BeaterBlade - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41xLkCLznyL.jpg) ![KA-6LR Original Plastic BeaterBlade - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41rBm18ttqL.jpg) ![KA-6LR Original Plastic BeaterBlade - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41LotzZFqUL.jpg) ![KA-6LR Original Plastic BeaterBlade - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/513ZrMKrn9L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/5022573-ka-6lr-original-plastic-beaterblade](https://www.desertcart.no/products/5022573-ka-6lr-original-plastic-beaterblade) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
