Will this damage engineered wood floor over time?

As long as the right cleaners are used then there should be no damage as the discs are very soft and non abrasive.

Does the product leave streaks on gloss tiles or does it provide a clean shine finish?

I don’t have ‘gloss’ tiles but it doesn’t leave streaks on my tiles or wooden floors. I love this floor cleaner.

will this clean Matte porcelain tiles?

Yes I have Matt tiles and it cleans them fine
