A: Yes. I use a Moleskine A5 diary and notebook and both fit easily at the same time.

**Q: Is it waterproof**
A: No, it’s water resistant. But not waterproof.  Good enough for a range day in January.but the contents will still need to be laminated or in a nyrex folder.
