Is this acrylic paint and can you put this on a rubber kerb ramp?

Not sure if it's acrylic but I painted a concrete lintel that I use as a kerb stop & it's still going strong 2 years later. I would imagine that it would adhere to any solid surface..

Is it slippy when dry

I used it on the ends of a Greenland style Kayak paddle to make it more visible. It covers well and i gave it a few thick coats. It was certainly shiny and I would imagine that when used on a smoothe floor it would be at least as slippy as the flooring.

dont know as i only used it on tip of steps but it has a glossy finish
