What’s the difference between these and the oem lights?

As always fitment could be a tiny bit off because you’re not buying oem. Other than that mine seemed like they fit well and they looked really nice. If you’re not somebody who has seen a lot of 5th gen preludes Up close you wouldn’t notice the difference between these reps and oems.

Does it come with bulbs?

No you use the existing bulbs in your car. Or replace them if they are burnt out.

Are these the Base Model OEM lights? I'm looking for some tail lights that have a more transparent look in the red.

well i believe both base and sh have the same tail lights. although these look like oem their not they are after market brand. i personally like these way better than the honda oem's. yes the red is a more transparent and a darker tone of red. also the clear on the bottom has no amber in it where the turn signal lights are which to me looks better. i think these are pretty good quality. not honda quality but for the price compared to honda made new or used this is a deal. i've shopped around looking for just some simple replacements and stumbled upon these life savers.

Perfect Replacement

My light was getting water in it which was overflowing into my trunk. My auto service mechanic found the problem and recommended I replace the fixture. This solved the problem and I now have 2 new replacement that look great. Product and delivery were great. I’m very happy and I felt price was reasonable.
