Our compatible 30mm badge components use a pin inserted directly into the back of the badge BEFORE the badge is made. This is just an alternate method of attaching the pin.Our Badge-It! 3cm (or 30mm) will give you the same pin back badge as the original components, our pin will be about 2mm closer to the back of the badge.
