**Q: Will this work to convert a type 1 vehicle to type 2 lead?**
A: Yes it does that’s exactly why I bought mine the end connector for a type one fits in and clips to the adapter and the other end then works on the type two. Mine works great and is a fraction of the cost on conversion or buying extra leads etc wtc

**Q: Does this allow use of non Tesla cars on Tesla charge stations?**
A: Nothing to do with Tesla

**Q: Can this be used to convert type 2 into type 1 ?**
A: It didn’t suit me because I wanted to convert type 2 to a Commando plug outlet. I returned mine and received repayment.
