Are this good for winter?

She's good, but when she arrived at my house I did not like it, so I returned it.

Do these run true to size? Do they have a padded footbed?

Yes they do, but the width at the calf is too big. You don't feel comfortable wearing which is too lose. May be the calf width must be reduced
