I hear unwanted hum or buzz. What can I do?

In most cases, this is power-related. Try: 1) An isolated power supply 2) A different power outlet 3) Testing with one pedal only. Quality shielded cables also reduce noise. If issues persist, send us a message through the Amazon order page.

Does the R-11 include a power adapter?

No, the power adapter is not included. The R-11 requires a 9V DC center-negative adapter. It does not have a battery compartment. An isolated power supply is recommended for cleanest performance.

Why does the output volume change when switching between modes?

The R-11 uses 8 distinct pure analog circuits with varying gain structures rather than digital leveling. Output variations between modes are normal and can be quickly balanced using the Volume knob.

What are the differences among the 8 drive modes?

T.OD and SWEETY offer transparent and touch-sensitive drive; B.BOOST acts as a thick clean boost; T808 and OVERDRIVE I provide classic mid-focused drive; CRUNCHY, RIOTER, and O.C.Drive deliver British crunch to modern high-gain distortion.

How do I avoid high-frequency harshness on high-gain settings?

High-gain modes like CRUNCHY and RIOTER feature rich upper harmonics. Simply turn down the Tone knob to around 10-12 o'clock on bright pickups or adjust your amplifier treble for a warmer, rounded lead sound.
