Does this adapter work with TVs?

No. This adapter is designed for supported Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS computers. Some TVs do not have the built-in USB Ethernet driver needed to recognize this adapter.

Why is the adapter not recognized?

The adapter may not be recognized if the device does not support USB Ethernet adapters or does not have a built-in compatible driver. Please verify that the host device is a supported computer system.

What should I do if the adapter does not work?

Please confirm the adapter is connected to a supported USB-A port on a compatible computer, check the Ethernet cable and router port, and restart the computer after reconnecting the adapter.

Do I need to install a driver?

On most supported Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS systems, no manual driver installation is required. Unsupported devices such as many TVs and Android-based systems may not recognize the adapter.

Why is there no network connection even if the adapter is detected?

Please make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected, the network port is active, and the router or switch is working properly. Testing with another cable or port can help isolate the issue.
