Hi there. Can I use rechargeable batteries with this device. Unable to get answer from manufacturer 😞

They will probably work but remember rechargeable cells are 1.2 volts not 1.5 volts and could cause a problem with some devices due to the lower voltage.

Hi Nume, there is a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase with the production of a valid copy of the receipt of purchase. The first 12 months are with Amazon, the second are with the manufacturer. Kind regards, Customer Service Team

Hi, does this come with lead wires? As I see other buyers also buying them separately. Thanks

I want new wires to replace the ones Ihat came with the new machine. I dont understand why everybody is replying that it comes with wires. Over time the wires develope faults, they are fragile. I need REPLACEMENT WIRES so that I can use the machine. Without wires that work this machine is useless. Thank you.

How often do the pads need changed? Thanks in advance.

Hi, it is not a fixed time scale for the pads to be replaced, it would all depend on the user on how they look after the pads. They could loose there stick due to different skin types, or not putting them back on the carrier sheet for storage when not in use. If you look after the product the pads will last a while.
