Review Title: Poor Quality โ Watch Strap Came Damaged
I received the watch in an unsatisfactory condition. The metal strap is detached, and the product does not appear to be properly assembled. I am disappointed with the condition of the item delivered. Please arrange a replacement with a new, properly assembled watch or issue a full refund. I can provide photos as proof.

This Watch has scratches all over also it is old and used. kindly send an exchange which is brand new also lock system is defective. Lets if I get good exchange I'll update my review. Replacement is done but watch is ok but it is not working probably battery is dead let me see if I change the battery it will work or not?
