This one is ultra-compact, very easy to use, and charges via USB-C.The Honest Truth: What could be better? The display layout isn’t perfect, and because it sits under the group head, you are limited to shorter cups since it takes up some clearance space. The Verdict: For its price (under $40) and reliability, it’s a solid piece of gear to start with if you don’t want to overpay for a smart scale. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IDEAL ESPRESSO SCALE/SHOT TIMER *by on Reviewed in the United States February 22, 2024* Based on a number of negative reviews, I was tempted to pass on the Nano Coffee Scale. Glad I took the chance. This scale is the perfect size to use under the cup when measuring out espresso shots. In all fairness to those who left negative reviews about how to operate the scale and how the scale appeared unstable or unpredictable, I had the same issues at first. I think reading how all the functions work made everything appear far more complicated than they are. When I re-read the instructions (which are very well-written), I realized I was over-thinking everything. Operating the scale is far easier than it sounds in the user manual. The last thing that may throw some people off is that the display does not respond instantly when you tap a button, giving you the feeling you may have missed and tempting you to over-tap. Give it a second and everything falls perfectly into place. What I love. . . I turn the scale on, place it under the brew head, put a cup on it, wait for it to automatically tare and set to 00.0, start my extraction. When I stop the brew, the shot timer and the final weight display automatically stop at the same time. Perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Would be 5 if the espresso setting worked *by on Reviewed in the United States June 7, 2023* So I LOVE the way this scale looks, the size is perfect under my Breville Duo Temp Pro and the scale itself is simple to use and works great but the espresso timer feature doesn’t work AT ALL.It’s such a bummer because it would just take this scale to another level especially at the price point it’s currently at. Without the espresso setting working, it essentially takes away half of the functionally of the scale which is why my review is at 3 stars, otherwise it’s fabulous. ## Frequently Bought Together - MiiCoffee Nano Coffee Scale with Timer, Espresso Scale with Auto Tare, Touch Sensor and Silicone Cover - WDT tool, Espresso Distribution tools, 10 x 0.35mm 304 Stainless Steel Needles Installed with 10 Extra needles for Espresso Stirrer Replacement, Aluminum Alloy Handle with Stand (Matte black) - Normcore V4 Coffee Tamper 53.3mm - Spring-loaded Tamper – Barista Espresso Tamper with 15lb / 25lb / 30lbs Replacement Springs - Anodized Aluminum Handle and Stand - Flat Base --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/494716666-nano-coffee-scale-with-timer-espresso-scale-with-auto-tare](https://www.desertcart.no/products/494716666-nano-coffee-scale-with-timer-espresso-scale-with-auto-tare) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
