Which is best for oily skin?

The best would be Bio Derma Sebium H20 Micelle solution. This is the same excellent facial cleanser but is specific to oily skin. Hope this helps...!

Is it suitable to be used as a regular cleanser for someone who does not use make up?

Yes. It's a wonderful fresh gentle cleanser that leaves skin so soft and not *tight * and I also use the top end cleansers but this is my favourite . But it also removes makeup beautifully. It's so gentle that I gave my sister who has very sensitive skin a bottle and she now always uses it and she doesn't always wear make-up. I seriously can't recommend it highly enough

Is this product still not cruelty free?

As far as I know this product is cruelty free ... I cannot envisage why it would not be ..... Hopethis helps.
