Absolutely spot on was very surprised to receive what appeared to be an almost Brand new device with one very tiny mark barely visible and a battery health of 100%. I only use it as a secondary work device but I am very impressed and will be buying again !!

Good phone for a good price that will last a couple of years for updates, etc., because of the price, insurance is a waste of time. The battery came in just over 80% and the return policy is good if need be

Very happy with my purchase from JQ Solutions. Arrived ahead of schedule. The phone was super clean and with screen protector in place. They had made the effort to include a new charge cable, a couple of different basic back covers, a sim tool and some friendly flyers. Battery health perfectly reasonable 82%. I'm not a gamer or streaming all day. 10/10 for care taken to not disappoint. Recommended seller.

My advice would be avoid this company (JQ Solutions). When the iPhone arrived it looked fine - but I soon started noticing minor issues with the phone, such as the battery not seeming to last much longer than that of the old iPhone I'd bought it to replace? Foolishly, I did nothing about it. I had just had to deal with being scammed by the previous company (Techbros) that I had tried to buy a refurbished iPhone from, and I just couldn't face going through all that faff again. Techbros hadn't sent me any phone at all, so complaining about the battery life of this one seemed like nitpicking. But over the subsequent months things have deteriorated further, and now the phone frequently struggles to connect to wifi at all. Only endlessly toggling Airplane Mode on and off seems to fix it - and sometimes even that doesn't work! I now feel that I've been scammed in a whole different way: I was sent an iPhone but it hadn't been refurbished - not properly at least. So once again I didn't get I'd paid for. After looking up other reviews for this company, half the customers seem very happy with their purchase while the other half are outraged by the false promises and appalling customer service - with very few experiences in-between. I'm not sure what explains this hit-or-miss performance (the good reviews don't seem less-genuine that the bad ones), but it clearly isn't good enough. Take your custom elsewhere guys!

I am absolutely thrilled with the iPhone SE 2022 that I received from Amazon Renewed! Despite being a refurbished device, it arrived in impeccable cosmetic condition with virtually no visible scratches or signs of previous wear. It is a first phone for my daughter and she loves it!

I received a very good condition phone (iPhone SE 3rd Gen) with no really noticeable scratches and 92% battery level which has dropped to 91% after a week. It's still a great phone this is probably the best value iPhone you can buy if you are on a budget and are looking for a small form-factor phone. The processor is the same as in an iPhone 13 mini which lots of people still use and although the screen is smaller it's still a lovely looking screen. The very minor surface scratches on the screen were not really noticeable and once I applied a screen protector you could not see them at all. Basically looks like a new phone. Very pleased, this is a bargain.

The iPhone is spotless, just like new. The phone battery life is very good, well above 80%. It came with a charger cable, a sim pin, a case, a screen protector and a magic pen.
