## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why are they not offering the eraser refills?  I’m just going to have to throw away the pencil which defeats the purpose of buying this type in the fi**
A: These are disposable pencils. The eraser is a cap to hold the leads in the barrel and to advance the lead.  The extra leads given are a courtesy...but the eraser itself is too smudgy...use a less smudgy, cleaner eraser you can keep at your side.

**Q: How to put the pencil back together if the backend is pulled off and the spring is out?**
A: Take the metal ring and slide it all the way onto the small white part that grips the lead. Put this into the wider end of the other small white piece. Put the spring in the other side of this piece around the end of the smaller piece. Take the colored part off of the clear tube and put the tube in behind the spring. It needs to clip over the smaller white piece firm enough to hold it in place. Put the entire assembly in the thinner end of the pencil body and screw the end back on. Then connect the small colored end that holds the eraser on the end and replace the eraser.

**Q: I never recieved my order at all. I ordered on september 4 2021. How can this be resent?**
A: Most items have a 1 month limit on when they can be returned or resent.  If you never received your order, contact customer service.  Probably nothing can be done as I type this in Dec 2022, but you never know.

These pencils are good for all ages. I like the thickness of the lead and that they are not easy to break. The colours are fantastic and the erasers work well. Comes with additional leads also.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Puzzle Books!

These are excellent refillable pencils. I needed these as I picked up some crossword and fill-in puzzle books for summer, and the paper in them is like newsprint thin, so not great with ink. These are the perfect solution and never require me to go hunting for my pencil sharpener. The eraser end is removable to load in the pencil lead, so refilling is simple. The pencils write very smoothly, and I haven't broken a lead yet. The triangular shape is comfortable in my hand and against my fingers (very welcome for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis & really value a smooth handwriting experience). The pencils write clearly with a dark definition and without smudging. The nice, bright colours are pleasant, and I'm glad I purchased these. Recommended.
