A: Absolutely fantastic. The tapes hold really really and it doesn't leak you'll be fine

**Q: What these medium size?**
A: They fit from a 28" inch waist to I'd say at least a 36" 38" , I'm a 28" waist and the tapes are nearly touching, but these are great I highly recommend.
