He absolutely loves it! He uses it with his smartphone and so far didn’t have any problems or complaints - it’s easy enough for a young person to operate.Bluetooth shutter controller works PERFECTLY! I used it with my son’s Android phone and my iPhone, it worked amazingly well with both. All you have to do is connect them in Bluetooth settings (no need to pair it) and you’re good to go. It can take photos and videos too! While in camera app, swipe to video or photo mode, and shutter controller will work like normal button. Press it once to take a photo or to start recording, press it again to stop recording. This is so easy you’ll love it 😁 I’m actually going to use it to take a family photo this Christmas.Tripod is lightweight and feels a bit flimsy, but so far nothing happened. Even when kids were playing and pretending it’s a machine gun 🤦🏼‍♀️I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone, who simply wants to try out tripod first, before buying much more expensive and advanced stuff. I was a bit worried about how stable it would be but it's absolutely fine with my phone, although I'm not sure how stable it would be with the legs fully extended if a heavier camera was being used. It's very compact (not much bigger than a telescopic umbrella when folded up), so easy to put together and is perfect for my needs. It's also very lightweight so dead easy to transport between home and my studio. The tilting handle seems to catch slightly on the top of one of the legs, but not so much that it prevents the tilting mechanism from being used.
