Good day, Yes the wheels do turn.

Hi, are they Compatible with stickle bricks

Original Stickle bricks do not quite match Bristle blocks. The stickle spikes on bristle blocks are slightly but significantly wider apart. Original stickle bricks have a tighter fit with spikes closer together. You can jam both types together with some pieces. I know this as I just bought some bristle blocks and found they do not go together as I'd hoped when using them with my kids today.

Hi is the tub for these bricks strong enough?

Hi, the tub is only thin plastic, but not heavy duty like stacker tubs, but it is still going strong, hope this helps.

Are these compatible with stickle bricks?

Hi MRS L P. The Bristle Blocks have many different sets that can be purchased and used together. We are unfamiliar with the compatibility of the brand you are inquiring about. Thank you.
