A: No, its a really gentle deep hydrating conditioner

**Q: As it says to use in your regular routine, do I use this instead of the conditioner after 2 shampoos, or between shampoo and conditioner?**
A: Use regular shampoo and conditioner then apply Joico and leave for however long you think necessary and rinse. It leaves hair soft and manageable.
