Flukes are unaffected but cheap meters can have problems** A: I haven't noticed any issues. Joe Smith on You Tube does extensive tests including RF interference on his channel of every meter on the market. The Brymen meters are very well made and hold there own with the Flukes. He runs them through running the switch through all ranges up to 15Kv input. Most don't survive those tests at that level, the ones that make it the farthest are Flukes and Brymen's. Dave Jones did his homework on the EEV blog when he went in on the design of this meter and put his name on it. So far so good here for the price, more features than my Fluke 115. **Q: Does it have nist certificate?** A: No it doesn't. There are no low end meters on the market that come with a NIST certificate. NIST cal testing would likely cast as much as the meter itself. **Q: I can't find the instructions on your website. can you provide a link? Thanks** A: I was not able to find an exact replacement in the US, maybe from Europe. I try getting one from Klein, etc, perhaps you'd have to change plugs but that's what I'd do.
