Can we make indian flatbread on this

Personally I have made chappati and flatbreads and also omelettes which if honest are the best I’ve ever had lol :) thin flatbreads should be fine in my opinion :) happy cooking

Is this suitable to make potato scones?

I haven't try but I can't see with not. It works well with flat bread

Just measured mine it is 11 inches in diameter. Makes one large Omelette. Hope this helps.

Do you think this would be suitable for making quesadillas?

Yes I don't see why it wouldn't as it is like a hot plate
