They worked fine, at least as well as my makeshift plastic bag with a snug glass over the top, but they look nicer and fit better in the refrigerator. My old one suddenly stopped working, it would go on a little rougher, but I had a really hard time getting it off, as did my husband, to the point of being unusable. I bought new ones since I figured mine was broken. Same problem! Eventually I realized that the top of the cans of soda I always buy (Coke) have changed... There is a slant just inside the top instead of going straight down and that is what is causing the problem. I then saw the same new top on 7-up cans, from a different company. This may be the same issue with all new cans, but these are the only ones I have seen. Please check the top of the cans you want to use these on.
