will an A4 paper inside a wallet fit inside?

Hi. Yes A4 will fit fine. I have an A4 pad in mine and there's plenty of room around the outside if it.

Can you purchase A4 Diary sheets?

I've not seen any top bound A4 diaries unfortunately, if that's what you mean.
