My post nasal drip was due to allergens/poor health which I found pirinase nasal spray to be extremely helpful with but also focusing on my gut health and probiotics. My diet change and alongside nasal rinse mix has helped me drastically. I probably get post nasal drip once in a blue moon now compared to suffering with sinus and nasal drip everyday. Make sure the water is boiled and then cooled down to warm temperature (not hot) then mix the solution in.
