How do I open the bottle, i.e. get the oil to flow, the white nozzle is unscrewed but nothing comes out, is there a seal that needs removing?

Unscrew the red section and remove the foil seal

Is this a antibacterial spray that can be used on clippers scissors ect? Cause its saying its an oil.

yes it is!!!!! (read bottle in picture) problem is that you have to buy oil and treat blades after using this!!! which is fine but i thought it did both (information gained by actually reading instructions on bottle)

Where woul i get spsre chargeing csable

Maybe search the internet, or alternatively look in supermarkets and DIY shops.

Will this oil be ok for rotary shavers

Yes this is perfect for electric razors. It's pretty much the same as sewing machine oil.
